The cycle of knowledge
The service is already included in every ELS-MDF instrument. Contact us to activate also on other lab instruments.
With ELS-MDF or compatible instrument, or even with a still unsupported instrument: the system will anyway manage files, names, times and folders.
The produced file will be automatically sent to our cloud and duplicated to multiple physical locations. Up to 256 version of the same file are retained and can be retrieved.
Expert Lab Cloud interprets file’s content, extracts relevant information and makes it searchable.
Shortly all executed analysis appears in Expert Lab Cloud web interface, and can be searched with multiple fields
Files and past versions can be downloaded and shared through temporary links.
Expert Lab Cloud executes advanced configuration and behaviour analyses, and notifies the user whenever an anomaly is detected.
No data is hosted on public servers or internet-reachable server.
manage multiple users and their permissions.
Expert Lab Cloud is the new service developed to assist the ceramic laboratory in managing experimental data and creating knowledge.
It automatically backups instrumental data files, allowing to navigate through archives and past file versions through a fast and intuitive web interface. The platform further enables to share laboratory data amongst company branches, remote workers and external personnel, with a granular authorization management.
Expert Lab Cloud seamlessly integrates into our ELS-MDF thermal analysis instrument, which combines the essential ceramic characterization functions of Heating Microscope (M), Optical Dilatometer (D) and Optical Fleximeter (F) in a compact tabletop unit. The produced data is thoroughly interpreted and indexed by the system, allowing to execute advanced queries and offering quick plotting and microscope images visualization functions. This service is not limited to ELS-MDF: the interpretation of data produced by other instruments is continuously expanding.
The long experience of Expert Lab Service is implemented in algorithms developed specifically for the ceramic world, as quartz quantification, automatic coupling temperature detection and much more. The system further analyses the whole instrument configuration and its thermal behaviour, to identify anomalies and timely alert.
Expert Lab Cloud is always integrated in our ELS-MDF optical microscope/dilatometer/fleximeter. By activating it, all tests are immediately transferred, indexed and analyzed.
While ELS-MDF gives fundamental insights about ceramic materials, many more instruments are needed to fully characterize a material.
Expert Lab Cloud directly supports also software interfaces towards some third-party instruments like:
Instruments which are not directly supported can anyway backup their data in Expert Lab Cloud, which will classify them by folder/file name, date, instrument name, file-type, size, etc.
If the instrument supports data export towards any open file format (csv), a custom interface can be implemented to allow searchability and to produce web reports.
